Good quick service and repair of heater duct in the roof. Great office receptionist to start with the week prior and then guys that came out to repair the system were polite and professional.All from a Google search and the first place I called, too easy!Cheers.

After installing a large 25w heating system with RMS 6 months earlier,, I rang them when my 20 year old hot water service needed replacing. Prices are competitive, but expertise showed by Darren and the team are second to none. From phone call to completion was just over 24 hours. Completely satisfied!

Very quick to come out for AC repair in the middle of summer and then to come back shortly after to install a new one when 25 year old unit couldn't be repaired. Very happy with all of the people I dealt with and prices seemed very reasonable.

Danny arrived on time and quickly assessed that the unit was too badly damaged most likely from a power surge and that it would be best to replace the unit. While it wasn’t the news I hoped for he explained the situation and provided his expertise and knowledge in the potential solutions.

Response to my initial enquiry was very fast and I was able to have a technician attend on the day of my enquiry. The technician got our Evaporative cooling running again so we had cooling until a new unit could be installed. If it hadn't been inclement weather we would've had the new unit installed by the next day! Great service and the installation crew and the service technician were on time, great communicators and very polite and helpful. The job was done cleanly and efficiently. Will definitely be using RMS Heating and Cooling again.

Evap Airconditioner wasn't working properly.Darren fixed the problem without having to replace any parts. Service was done and it works a treat now. Very happy. Would recommend highly. Thanks RMS.

I called to have my existing evaporative cooling system serviced. When Daniel had a look at the system, it had safety issues that would be costly to repair, so a unit changeover was recommended. It was booked in for the next day, and the guys were very efficient and completed the task with a very friendly approach. I wasn't exactly prepared for a new unit cost, but the existing one was a fair age, and I was comfortable with the quote. I would have no hesitation in recommending RMS for similar jobs. The service was spot on and very prompt, not having to wait weeks for them to turn up. Summer heat can now show itself and I will be very comfortable inside.

I rang RMS when my evaporative cooling remote started flashing "service". They were able to send a tech the next day, who explained things very clearly and concisely and provided a quote within a couple of hours. I approved the quote and a whole system change over happened the next day! So rang on a Friday, had a new unit installed by 11:30am on Tuesday during a Melbourne heatwave. The techs who did the system changeover also took photos of some damaged tiles on my roof for me - this was not asked for but showed a high level of care and customer service that I am very grateful for. Due to their professionalism, swiftness and ease of communication, I would definitely use RMS again.

We called RMS to have a look at our heating system which failed after a blackout. Originally we had another provider come out and tell us that the whole system needed replacing for $24k.Darren responded quickly and was on time. He took a look at our heating unit and simply reset it and got it working again. There was no call-out fee and Darren was very professional and helpful. He did give us a good quote to replace our aging heater anyway, and we will be following this up in the near future (likely when winter comes around).Really good, professional and honest service - we'll be going back to RMS with any future problems with our heating and cooling.

Had a call From Darren after getting a recommendation off a heater repair bloke that I needed a new ducted heater. All my ducts were on the ground and broken and the heater core had holes in it. It was 17 years old. Supplied a quote via email instantly and had the appointment booked in for the following week. Finance also approved over the phone. 2 blokes rocked up on time and had a new heater and all ducts installed in a couple of hours. Heater working great. Pretty simple process and was done really quick.

My experience with this company from the first time I contacted them has been outstanding. Their advice was frank and honest, their prices were reasonable and their service was excellent. Their installer and electrician arrived exactly on time, did an outstanding job, explained the operation of the unit to me and cleaned up afterwards (even took away the packaging!). If I need a heating/cooling unit in the future, I will go straight to RMS. From the receptionist to the guys who installed the unit, everyone did their job professionally and made this such a pleasant experience.

The staff were very professional and efficient. The price for the new heating system was very reasonable and the men doing the installation cleaned up after themselves and took the old unit away. They responded to my call in a timely manner and the new system was installed within 2 days. I would definitely recommend RMS and use them again in future if the need arose.
